Bali Bound

This is probably the fourth time me coming to Bali this year and it's only been half a year! How crazy is that? But what can I say, I'd never get bored coming to this island. For me, Bali is the perfect place if you want to have a short getaway especially since it's only 40 minutes on a plane from my hometown to there.

When going to Bali, the best clothes to wear for me is shorts with a crop tops, t-shirts, singlets, or even off-shoulder tops. I would always avoid polyester made clothing as it absorbs heat and always choose natural fabric such as cotton because it's cooler and comfier.

Here, I was wearing an off-shoulder top with trimmings feature on the sleeves and hemline. Paired it with white short and a pair of comfy Adidas slip on shoes that, soon, I changed it to sandals because I'm heading to the beach.

Such a breathtaking view from the plane. No words to describe it. Just enjoy the view :)

Hi guys! Here's a quick outfit post before heading out for some lunch today. I always think that oversized shirt dresses are very versatile. There are so many style options that you can try with it and here's the newest member in my closet.

This time, I styled my shirt dress with a simple sling bag, a pair of round sunnies and white sneakers. Don't forget not to leave your arm empty. One or two bracelets will look nice.

Antler Cabin

There are so many new cafes in my town, Surabaya, and mostly their theme is either classic elegant, feminine, or industrial. Antler Cabin is the first cafe here with its cabin theme, which I think is an interesting theme considered Surabaya is a big city.

The cafe is very nicely decorated and really stick to its cabin theme. My favourite part is the decorations on the wall which has an antler skull head next to nicely arranged photos with tree branches as the frames.

The Cabin is very homey. You might spend the whole day there because of its cosiness. When you are inside the cabin, it feels like you are not in Surabaya anymore but rather in some remote area surrounded by nature and trees.

Even though the place is not that big, at least it's big enough to take some outfit photos!

And did I mention that the food also matches the cabin themed as well? Here's one of their speciality: RUSTIC ROAST.

Antler Cabin is located at Jl. Raya Darmo Permai 2 Blok D No.16, Dukuh Pakis, Surabaya.

Pleats and Pleats

Have been searching for a white pleated skirt and finally, I got my hands on this lovely skirt from American Apparel. Personally, I think the brand itself aimed for teenagers and, perhaps, young adults in their early 20s with petite figure. I'm not petite that's why, honestly, the fitting is a bit funny on me. I usually wear small but with this brand, I'm between small and medium. Of course, I picked size medium since it's better to wear it slightly bigger than smaller, right?

Put the size aside, I think the skirt is nice. I love the clean white color very much, the fabric is comfortable and the sewing is clean and tidy too. I styled the skirt with grey crop-top that I got from Topshop, a printed backpack and my new favourite sneakers from Alexander Mcqueen.
