Carousel

Took my time off to explore new places in my hometown, Surabaya, which is the second biggest city in Indonesia. I went to Surabaya Night Carnival that had open not too long ago. The place is bigger that I had expected to be and has a lot of rides too. Since I'm going to a theme park, I decided to wear something more fun and a bit sporty. I was wearing white lace crop top paired with daisy print skirt to give it a girly look. Red Givenchy's envelope bag for a pop of colour and Kenzo sneaker for the sporty look. Sneakers are the best if you are in for a long walk because they are really comfy.

Mickey, Where's Minnie?

Getting comfy wearing oversized Mickey Mouse printed t-shirt. I'm such a huge Disney fan and this shirt is too cute to resist! Having a shirt wrapped around my waist is probably one of my favourite style to go with oversize tees or t-shirt dresses. By wearing a cap, it adds the boyish look to my outfit and wearing a Céline sling bag to keep the look simple and not going overboard. Finally, a pair of red Louboutin's loafer to add some bright color to the outfit and finish the look

Speaking of Mickey Mouse, The fun part of taking pictures outdoor here in Surabaya is that I get to play cat and mouse game as well. By that I mean, most public places do not allow people to take pictures using SLR or any professional looking camera, which is ridicullous. Some places need permission letter from their marketing office whatsoever and others ask for money. How funny is that? It's only pictures. That's why, it only took me few minutes to take pictures for one outfit before the security or employee came to me and ask not to take pictures. Lucky for me, 5-10 minutes is enough to take one outfit pictures!

A Touch of Grunge

I got this black and sheer panelled sweater from Shibuya 109 in Tokyo, Japan. I always love that place. They sell many fashion items in various style. Even though most of the stores in there sells cute fashion, I'm happy enough that they also have few stores that sell sporty and boyish fashion too. I matched the sweater with short checkered skirt, which I also bought in Japan as well. The red and black checkered reminds me of grunge fashion. Lastly, I wore my Underground creepers to complete the look. Tell me what you think about this look!

Sunny Side

It was one sunny day when I took this outfit photos. However, that does not keep me from wearing a beanie and turtle neck top. Being slightly playful, I was wearing skirt dungaree over my black turtle neck top with yellow colour as the highlight colour in this outfit. I have been wearing my Kenzo sneakers a lot lately. Besides that the shoes are really comfy, the colour makes it easier to match with my clothes. Sometimes I miss wearing my black and white converse though!

Over The Bridge

Another casual day wearing eye-printed top and ripped shorts. Speaking of the print, it reminds me of Illuminati's symbol, which I don't mind or even care about it. I find that it is quite amusing how a lot of people these days always says "It's Illuminati" every time they see a triangle shape. Anyway, I think ripped jeans really suits my style. It's edgy and boyish. I have always wanted to get a pair of ripped jeans, but every time I try it on, I always feel that it makes me look shorter. Does it? That is why I only have one pair of ripped jeans and it is a short one. Any suggestion what brand should I try?
