Lazy Oaf Women's Winter 2014

I must say that I am really pleased with Lazy Oaf Winter '14 Women's lookbook and their collection as well. Known for colorful, cartoon-focused and youth nostalgia, Lazy Oaf's Winter'14 collection is all about young girls just being girls with 60's inspired teenage dreamlike. Even though it is a winter collection, pop up bright colors can be seen everywhere. Not only that, this collection consists of cute kitty cat overall jumpers, oversized shirts, skirts, dresses with top pop graphics printed onto the garments.

The lookbook was shot by Charlotte Rutherford and I would say that she had done a fantastic job. I love how the images show the girls just being all girly-girl and that are surrounded by sparkles, colorful flowers and books all day in their own Barbie doll dreamhouse. The pink-lit tone images work really well with the theme and brings out the girly feel even more. I wish I could go back being a teenager and just have fun with my friends and live in my own dreamhouse too.

Anyway, you can shop their latest collection on their website, Lazy Oaf.

Cara Delevingne For Topshop

Cara Delevingne never fails to amaze me. She is the new face of Topshop and the first one to star solo for Topshop's campaign. She look absolutely stunning in Topshop Autumn/Winter 2014 campaign. The campaign was shot in London by renowned photographer Alasdair McLellan and styled by Topshop creative director Kate Phelan.

Focusing on a Topshop girl as the main pieces, Cara effortlessly personifies London style. The collection features some of Topshop icons such as the biker jacket, the Jamie jean and the Martha parka. There is also evening wear, which is an adaptation of modern fabrications, tailored jacket to play with the concept of smart casual dressing, and the statement sequin and feather cocktail dress worn by Cara epitomizes this look.

Topshop creative director Kate Phelan says: “Cara is a true Topshop girl. Her style is confident and playful and she can be sophisticated and chic as easily as she can be cool and casual.  Putting her spin on everything, she makes the Topshop collection her own. Her uninhibited natural energy is intoxicating, she is free spirited and fun.”
 I absolutely agree with her.

UNIF S/S 2014 LOOKBOOK

Here it is, a compilation photos of UNIF Spring and Summer'14 collections. Both collections are quite grunge with a touch of playfulness, which I think is a good thing because it gives more fun, playful vibe considering it is for Spring and Summer. Even though it is summer, crochet, knits and even over-sized biker jacket can be seen in the collection. However, I think they are still wearable even for summer because the material is not thick and it has wide crochet construction. Six Daisy Halter (photo above) is one of my favorite piece from this collection and there are still many more that I like! So keep scrolling down and check out their collection guys!

WILDFOX: Royal Romance Summer 2014

Deeply in love with their new Summer collection! Not only that, I really like the editorial photos as well. As quoted from the first photo, "Dreamy celebration of love, happiness and other complications", is what this collection is all about. I think the editorial shoots really tell the story very well. Starting from having a very fun picnic with your girlfriends in a garden to having a pajamas party with your BFFs, play dress up with your best friends and finally attending your best friend dreamy wedding. The collection is dominated by luxurious soft knits with prints such as polka dots and daises. Ranging from dresses to casual wear and sweats to pajamas, the collection looks really elegant and feminine yet it has a cute element to it too. It's truly a dreamy collection for me. Ah, and don't forget to check their website here.
