White and Minimal

I was modelling for my friend's new clothing store on Instagram called Pickmarket (@pickmarket) and here is one of the outfit that I wore. It is a white denim dress that is perfect for summer! Not only the dress is really easy to pull on, it has an interesting feature which is the frayed edges on the neckline, sleeves and hem. Going for minimalist look, I paired the dress with Lars metallic platform and PS1 bag to give a touch of color to the look.

Cara Delevingne For Topshop

Cara Delevingne never fails to amaze me. She is the new face of Topshop and the first one to star solo for Topshop's campaign. She look absolutely stunning in Topshop Autumn/Winter 2014 campaign. The campaign was shot in London by renowned photographer Alasdair McLellan and styled by Topshop creative director Kate Phelan.

Focusing on a Topshop girl as the main pieces, Cara effortlessly personifies London style. The collection features some of Topshop icons such as the biker jacket, the Jamie jean and the Martha parka. There is also evening wear, which is an adaptation of modern fabrications, tailored jacket to play with the concept of smart casual dressing, and the statement sequin and feather cocktail dress worn by Cara epitomizes this look.

 Topshop creative director Kate Phelan says: “Cara is a true Topshop girl. Her style is confident and playful and she can be sophisticated and chic as easily as she can be cool and casual.  Putting her spin on everything, she makes the Topshop collection her own. Her uninhibited natural energy is intoxicating, she is free spirited and fun.”
 I absolutely agree with her.

Adidas ZX

I know Adidas is one of the biggest company that designs and manufactures sports related items, including clothes, but I have never thought that it would be this fashionable. I went to their new store at Emporium in Melbourne and immediately purchase this ZX 700 tee. I just love the color and the print is pretty interesting. I wore the cropped tee paired with a skort and Adidas sneakers that I purchased around 7 years ago. Can not believe that my shoes is still in a very good condition. I guess this shows how durable Adidas shoes are.

UNIF S/S 2014 LOOKBOOK

Here it is, a compilation photos of UNIF Spring and Summer'14 collections. Both collections are quite grunge with a touch of playfulness, which I think is a good thing because it gives more fun, playful vibe considering it is for Spring and Summer. Even though it is summer, crochet, knits and even over-sized biker jacket can be seen in the collection. However, I think they are still wearable even for summer because the material is not thick and it has wide crochet construction. Six Daisy Halter (photo above) is one of my favorite piece from this collection and there are still many more that I like! So keep scrolling down and check out their collection guys!

Blue Nano

 

I do not often wear bright colors but when I do, blue and yellow would be my first choice to put on as they look so good together. Plus, blue is my favorite color. The white top with yellow hue around the bottom works really well with the color of my bag. The extra length of the top makes it look more elegant that I could wear it to dinner or just for casual outings. To avoid having a plain look, of course, accessories are must wear items :)
